Should prisoners be forced to take an aids test before being released from prison?
No. But they should be given physicals which would include a blood test. If they’re found to be HIV positive they should be told. Once they’re released from prison they’re health records are none of your business. But while they’re in prison, and we’re all paying taxes to run that prison, then yes, it’s a public record.
