Well first you have to keep in mind that as far as tickling goes, a vest pretty much protects that. Also, in an adrenalized situation a person isn’t really ticklish, or incredibly sensitive to hot or cold. Not sure how cold could be used as a surprise attack, heat would pretty much have to be fire, or boiling water, and you pretty much can’t be immune to that, it is going to hurt. Police officers do get put through pain, and learn how to use it like everyone else. A lot of that has to be natural instinct. The truth is there are enough weapons in a Law Enforcement Officer’s aresenal, such as pepper spray, batons, tazers, back up, and fire arms, all of which can be employed if a situation becomes too much for an officer to handle. Throwing boiling water or something like that at an officer will get that person shot and killed. Again not sure how one could emply cold, unless they had liquid nitrogen or something, but again hard to train an officer for that, as that would be so rare, and y
