Yes i think you should need a licence to breed ANY dogs but i hear what you are saying about the Pit bull breeding, maybe is it was licence only then the bad breeding would stop and the dog would start to loose it’s bad reputation, lets face it MOST dogs (any breed) that attack are a result of bad breeding!
