Embarrassing them out of the habit is the next best thing. Naming and shaming these people is the only way to get them to stop putting every other road user at risk. Liza Allen, Warrington TALKING on your mobile phone while driving is potentially lethal, but the whole of society should take responsibility. If you find out someone you are talking to is driving, you should instantly put the phone down. I think naming and shaming is a good idea.
