Guidelines for charging: 1) Women with more than 2 kids should pay for all maternity-related treatment after their second child. No child-benefits or free NHS for third and subsequent children, i.e the parents pay for all NHS costs incurred by these sprats. 2) Smokers and alcholics will not be charged for first treatment of addition-related illness, but will be warned that any more treatment for illness aggravated by further addiction will be charged. 3) All non-EU and non-British passport holders will be charged for treatment, unless they have been paying NI and tax for over 10 years. 4) All patients will be charged for non-medical amenities in the NHS, e.g. meals, babies nappies. 5) All drug addicts will be sterilised after the first child.
