Should PASPA be overturned to allow each state to decide whether to legalize sports gambling?

Justin “The Commissioner” P. says: The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act was passed in 1992, and it bans sports betting in all states except a select few (Nevada, Delaware, Montana and Oregon). A lawsuit was filed-by a NJ state senator to have the ban overturned. http://sports.espn.go…. While I do not think the lawsuit will be successful, I do think that Congress should repeal the statute. Yes, a lot of people engage in online gambling, but it seems to be a clear double standard how in certain states sports gambling (and in most states betting on horse races is legal), but in the vast majority of states sports betting isn’t allowed because of the PASPA.
