Should parents let their children choose their own career?
Of course! It would be dandy if children always wanted to have the same career as their parents, because practically, the parents could teach their children about the profession and it would be more personal. Unless the parent were unemployed. But not everyone wants to do the same thing as their parents; people just aren’t wired like that.
