yes i’m fed up of kids swapping schools and travelling for miles to come to our little school, class sizes that were once below 20 are now above 30 and its not fair on our kids who are being forced to be educated with the distruptive pupils from other schools who have had to move. your kids should go to a school where they live and thats it, if the school is crap do something about it and get yourself on the board of governors. as for academically selective schools mtor should realise that children actually have to be quite brilliant to get in for free and that fees can range anywere from a couple of grand a term to over 10k a school year, i hope she can afford the fees although i rather doubt it.
