Underage women should not need parental consent for anything they want to do. Abortion, cosmetic surgery, tattoos, piercings, school trips, nothing. It’s her life and the parents should have no say in what she does or does not do.

I think it should be required that parents of underage children requesting an abortion be informed, as they are the guardians, but I am not sure consent should be required.
