Should Palestinians have their own homeland?
They had their own land before the Jews started settling there in large numbers and they were thrown off it with the Balfour Declaration and the decision taken by the UN to divide the land. Sixth generation Palestinian refugees still live in the camps of Southern Lebanon. Of course Palestinians should have their own homeland and I believe the majority of Jews would agree with that. However, the infighting between Fatah and Hisbollah and the interference of evangelical Christians trying to restore the ‘promised lands’ to the Jews to speed up the coming of the Messiah, does not help matters, and only adds fat to the fire.
