Should our law enforcement give tickets for not wearing seatbelts?

The question is about priorities. I have to tend to Pt’s in the back of an ambulance and it is the law that all occupants wear a seat belt. I wonder if I will get a ticket for saving an person while not wearing a seat belt. One rule for some and another for others. I have also seen many accidents involving buses. The accident normally causes injuries, including fatal ones. One just last week injured 14 students and one teacher. Three were critical. The buss driver’s son is a friend of mine. He said his dad had a syncopal episode due to a heart attack and crashed. Another a few months ago went over an overpass and killed 5. The buss looked like it was in pretty good shape. About laws effecting a few in an odd way, someone come and get these illegals out of my town! They are breaking a felony law.
