Should our children begin trainning for a particular job at a young age?
Actually, as a mother, I don’t agree with you. Children are growing up too fast these days. I say let them have their childhood. IF they want to study for something, then fine, but they should have a childhood where they don’t have to worry about their future as an adult. They have the rest of their lives to worry about their careers, their bills, and everything else that comes with being a grown up. EDIT: Many high schools here in the US have programs for high school kids. My oldest is 18 and went to a tech high school to learn to be an automotive tech. He has had a job since he was 16, pays his own truck payment, insurance and cell phone bill. You can teach your children responsibility without giving them a courseload they can’t handle. My 16 year old still doesn’t know what he wants to do and I’m not pushing him. He has a job and is working on saving to get a car. He is paying his own insurance, though.
