Should one uninstall the prior version before installing the new version? If one installs the new version, how does one save the prior date entries?

If you are updating from a previous version you do NOT need to uninstall or remove any previous version. Simply follow the instructions below: 1. Download the update. 2. Right click on the system tray icon and select EXIT to exit the current version of Screen Calendar you are updating. 3. Double click and install the update you downloaded.
