Should Norway ban third world immigrants for its own safety?
Do not get like the UK and let all of them in, as that is what the Powers that we have done in this Country.We are inundated with Immigrants and yet they still continue to come in and this Government we have continues to let them. Of course we are stupid because as soon as they put their feet down here they are off to the Benefits Office to get money off the British People.As in other Countries there is no work due to the recession but our Government does not take that into consideration when they keep piling in.
Well contrary to what people might expect Norway doesn’t have a good human rights record on how it deals with rape cases in general. It is estimated there are a large number that are not reported, and of those that are many do not result in a conviction. The reported number for instance was 115 in 2007, the link from Amnesty gives some figures. The rape law in Norway is different from the UK anyway because there can only be a conviction if there is violence or the threat of violence, not just lack of consent. I think before reading too much into rape figures linked to race it might be worth considering whether a non-white immigrant might be more likely to be found guilty at court or reported in the first place.
