Should national security take precedence over individual rights?
super question, and no good answer #1 the federal government exists to preserve the union as a container for a free people #2 any concession of liberty to the federal government, regardless of the threat or reason, is unlikely to ever be returned to the people or the states if the nation cannot be kept secure, there will be no individual rights but if the national government cannot preserve individual rights the security of the nation is not all that important
