Should my 85 yer old cousin move in with me or buy her own house?
My 85 year old cousin called me yesterday and said that she wants to be closer to me in her final years. She currently lives in South Africa. I cannot move back because my children are at college. These are our options: I can add a bedroom for her or she can buy a fixer upper close buy. She is very independent and wants to be on her own but close by. She has some money to invest in a bargain property. How can I access bank owned property or foreclosure lists for free.
