Should movies and tv shows be censored?

I think if you pay for a movie on DVD then it should not be censored, I think TV should be more censored then it is. Although FAMILY GUY is a funny cartoon, it is not one to be seen on TV where children can watch it. But on DVD it is fine. And any kind of cuss word should not be on TV at all either. All these Holier Than Thous out there making all of the rules use double standard, always crybabying about moral conduct on TV yet still allowing adult cartoons and cuss words on the very TVs they think they are censoring. this is just my own opinion.
