All children of compulsory school age who are looked after at 31 March should be included. Any children who have been adopted in the year and are no longer looked after would therefore not be included in this indicator. SCC/004 Stability of placements of children looked after Q: On the SSDA903 I am aware that if a Foster Carer moves address this will only be recorded on the 903 if this relates to a move across the LA boundary and hence a change to the Placement Type code. For SCC/004 should this be categorised as a change of Main Placement even though the child is still with the same foster cares and in the specific instance has only moved 2 miles down the road but does happen to over crossed the LA boundary?
