Should more be done to strengthen the institution of marriage?
I think it is a lack of tax breaks recognising marriage within the Swan community that has lead to this. However help is at hand – Dave Cameron has seen the story in the newspaper jumped on his band wagon and launched a policy of giving all swans that get married a tax break and a free kit kat every month.
