Should minority groups be?

Extra resources should be targetted at those areas in the greatest need. If minority groups are those in the greatest need, as being the most vulnerable in recession, then so be it. BUT, the basis of distribution of aid resources must be need, not ethnicity. Put the resources where the need is – without regard to the groups receiving it.

In a recession ALL citizens not just minority groups should have equal rights, I seems like it is another PC directive which will again cause racism by the way it is worded. There are many indigenous British families are also losing their jobs and homes. Give them some hope also, just look at our towns centres to see how many shops are missing that were long established business. The Bankers should not be aloud to pick up any bonuses we all have their heritage while they still live very comfortably.

It would be a bad idea in some ways because it encourages minority communities to be insulated instead of open. Economic policy works best for the over all society if it’s aimed at integrating the communities instead of insulating them.

Minority groups shouldn’t be promoted over white people but there again white people are the minority in certain areas.
