Should men who are the soul providers at home be required to do chores around the house?
‘Required’ is somewhat of a strong word. I’m the sole provider in my house at this time and my wife and I have a flexible arrangement for the distribution and sharing of duties. No one is ‘required’ to do anything, but we work together to make sure that what needs to be done is done. We find it easy to get cooperation from one another when we ask for help nicely and specifically rather than expecting that the other to read our minds and know what we want them to do.
