Should Mark McGwire be voted into the Hall of Fame?
Yes. Unfortunately, Bud Selig and MLB in general messed up the PEDs issue. While Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa and other might APPEAR to be guilty, in the US it takes more than appearance. If that were the tool used, innocent player who DIDN’T use PEDs would be left out. No, there is only one thing to do lacking hardcore evidence and that is to put him and others in. Rafael Palmiero was caught dead to rights and he has otherwise Hall of Fame stats, so leaving him out of the Hall would be justifiable.
