Should LInked In restrict posting of new questions when the closed questions remain unrated?
It can be further extended to restrictions in answering questions or extending questions by more than once when the questions remain open and unrated by the questioner. Visitors of Q&A are aware of the consequences and frustrations. This is the result of action/inaction by many who are unaware of their responsibility to close and rate questions posted here.
