A. Legal documents pertinent to the land ownership and control requirements in 10 CFR 63.121 should be included in the LSN. Guidance to NRC staff on evaluating DOEs compliance with the requirements for controls to restrict access and regulate land uses is provided in Section 2.5.8 of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
