If someone can find a way to make money selling “good for you” food, that is great! The problem is that people make choices, and the market responds to those demands! People choose where to eat based on several factors. The taste of the food, the quality of the service, the price, the time it takes to get the food, and location of the establishment all are taken into account. For example, there is a diner that I like, that on the way to several auctions that I attend. I seldom stop there because it is hard to find a place to park my truck (towing a car trailer) and it means a 45 minute stop! The service is good, and the food is better, but it is hard to get to, and it takes too much time! If I am in the area with a car, and have time to sit and enjoy a meal, then you will find me there!
