Should job advertisements be allowed to specify racial preferences to save everyone time?
Well first of all, that’s illegal. You can’t prefer a certain race. And even without racial preferences on ads, if someone believes they weren’t chosen because of their race, they can sue for discrimination. And on a moral note, all races should be treated the same, and racial preferences is an idea from before the 60’s.
