Brokers and associations need to function as a partnership to lead the profession toward becoming more technosavvy. At HAR, we don’t see technology as a responsibility but rather as an opportunity. When we surveyed our 10,000 members, we found that their No. 1 perception about us was “HAR is technologically advanced.” We can’t lead REALTORS toward advanced technology if we aren’t already there ourselves.
