Those who brings the products of his invention to the market to be used by common mass are more responsible . For instance If I invent any drugs which has a great cure for any particular disease but its side effect are not researched in detail and govt allows the company (to whom I have sold my technology) to pump the product in the market.Then the onus lies on company and govt if any consumer of the drugs complains about its side effect.
