Should “Infotype Status” always be “Active”, even when doing Action 36 to Maintain a Vacancy?

The infotype status will always be “Active” when maintaining positions via PQ13. Position infotypes will be stored in Planned Status when actions are initiated via workflow. For example, a New Position being created via workflow will be saved in ‘Planned” status until all approvals have occurred, at which time the position will change to “Active” Status. Q: Currently in PMIS (PMJOBS), the “Training & Experience” (T&E) automatically displays on the job posting and does not have to be manually entered on each posting. When creating a job posting for the 1st time in SAP, I understand that we will have to manually enter the T&E. Where and/or how will we access the T&E information for each position in SAP? (In PMIS, we use the transaction code “PMTE schematic#” to access T&E). A: They can locate the T&E requirements from the class specification on OSP’s website. From there, they can copy and paste (and add the space at the end of each line to make sure if formats correctly on the web). Here
