Should Illinois lawmakers lease the Illinois State Lottery to a private company if they can get $10 billion?

Of course I want Illinois lawmakers to lease the Illinois State Lottery to a private company for $10 billion, but there would have to be stipulations. Another $10 billion dollars in the hands of our corrupt politicians would be tragic. Illinois has proven to be the most corrupt state in the union. It’s gotten to the point that when someone gets elected governor, the electorate waits for that person to be sent to jail. At present we are awaiting the trial of the former governor, known as Blago.
