Most of your information can be created by simply selecting from drop-down menus. Also, a “CareerCross Resume” is better integrated with the resume search system to boost your chances of being scouted. A “Copy & Paste Resume” on the other hand, can be used to quickly and easily add your existing resume to the CareerCross system. You can freely structure your resume within the free text field. Both resumes are suitable when actively applying for jobs, but a “CareerCross Resume” is better suited to passive job seekers.
