Should I upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium?

If money is tight, you can do fine with Starter on a netbook for most basic things, but you’ll want to upgrade to Home Premium for things like changing the desktop background. It also supposedly doesn’t allow things like DVD playback / the media center, but I’m not sure if there are ready workarounds to that or not. And no, the Amazon upgrade isn’t on a disc, since it’s an “Anytime Upgrade.” You just input a new serial number and it quickly upgrades everything to Home Premium, since the features are technically already installed, but just not unlocked. You don’t need a drive or anything.
