You cannot uninstall Internet Explorer, it is built in with Windows. If there are lots of toolbars, it’s because you downloaded them when downloading something else….you have to be careful and untick all unnecessarily software that you do not need. If you want to remove the toolbars, just go to add/remove in control panel and remove them there.
