OK, based on the information you gave, I discovered that all “Fat Burners” have caffeine, and they are equivalent to 2 cups of coffee. So, instead of investing on diet fad pills, if your a coffee drinker go for 2 cups in the morning or (depending when you workout) 15 minutes before your workout. Coffee is a thermogenic juice that revs your system up for action. It’s good for prework outs and it cost less then the fat burners on the market. Another way is milk, it’s fat and the more you drink goes through your system and releases the stored fat so it can burn off during the work out (depending how hard you push). Milk is a fat burner no matter what others say, including cottage cheese ( alittle high on sodium) but is effective. thats how I manage my weight and get rid of stored fat.
