NO do not trust the carphone warehouse for any phone at all. It is very very hard to get your money back no matter how many times the handset may go wrong. If you want a refurbished phone then you may want to try virgin mobile who you can contact on 0845 6000789. At least with virgin mobile if the phone does go wrong then they will send you out a replacement at no charge as many times as they may need to within a 6 month period. All refurbished phones cost half the price of new plus a 4.95 delivery charge.
