Yes, take it and get yourself motivated and make the best of it. You may not realise this but there are actually more people on JSA than vacancies so you are very lucky to have been offered a job. It may not be the best but stick it for a bit, get your reference, then a better job may present itself, if you stay on JSA you are the bottom of the pile and it is frankly more difficult to get anywhere the longer you are on it. If however your employers are acting illegally you need to take this up with ACAS, or a Trade Union, if you turn down the job with no reason you could have your benefit suspended, I don’t quite know how this works but if the Job Centre has doubts about the legality of the employer their attention should be drawn to it and they should invistigate further before advertising his/her vacancies.
