Should I take a “Computer Programming” course next year?
As far as taking a class in Java/C++: Tip 1: Programming is one of the most difficult “languages” to learn. Ask yourself: “Am a good at foriegn languages?” If the answer is no, people normally struggle greatly. It isn’t impossible though, I’m just being honest that if you normally aren’t good at thinking in a “foreign lanugage” it can be very difficult to pick up on at first. Don’t worry so much about if you are good at math. It’s more are you good at logic, problem solving, and writing instructions(think if programming like an standardized writing test that wants to write “How to make a PB&J sandwich.” They have a general way they want things and want all of the details. Also programming is very sensitive. Missing one character can cause a program to fail but there are tools to help you find the errors kind of like a code spell check.) Tip 2: Although programming languages are like learning a foriegn language, they do have differences. For example, lets say you were trying to learn En
