Should i sue Winn Dixie for embarresment?
First and Foremost, FILE a Complaint with the Store Manager and with the Corporate Office of Winn Dixie. Two file a complaint against the Security/Loss Prevention Thug at his Security Firm if separate from Winn Dixie. Third file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Fourth, talk to an Attorney that specializes in these types of complaints. Finally, unless advised differently by your Attorney, protest outside the store, air your charges in public and accuse them of their wrong. Make sure you do not violate any civil codes or laws (trespassing, etc.) and if necessary, get a permit to protest your treatment by this store. Hell write your story in the Letter to the Editor section and frigging name names. The more you raise hell, the more they’ll play ball to shut you up.
