Sometimes, you get what you pay for. Sue for them stealing your time? Good luck with that! But I do agree with ” Art_Of_Holographics_Heart_Mechanics”. It would be good to start an association against “patron abuse”. I also heard that boycotts work pretty well. One could also take advantage of this situation and may even make a profit. Why not start another transportation bus company? This did work for a local Taxi Service. The rude, (don’t care if we stink or show up late or drive 5miles out the way for more money) Taxi Service haunted the community for years. Then one day, a new Little Bitty (not worth much, just starting, but we’ll get you there) Taxi Service began. They even had the audacity to be polite! Although the rates were slightly higher, some of the drivers even stopped the meter while at a train crossing! They took the safest, shortest route.
