Should I store Montina flour in the freezer or refrigerator?

While we have had Montina Pure on an un-refrigerated shelf life test for more than two years with no deterioration in quality we do recommend always storing any flour item in a cool dry location. Freezing or refrigeration is not required however is advisable if storing for a long period of time.
