Should i start potty trainning her or wait a bit longer?

We started with my son when he was 13 months! He is now 25 months and fully potty trained. He was way behind your daughter when we started though! We bought him a little potty chair and as soon as he woke up we sat him on it and made a “pssssss” sound and made the ASL potty sign. When you first wake up you HAVE to go, so he made the connection very quickly! We left the little potty in the room where he spends most of his time and left him with no bottoms on. He would just go right to his potty, wee or poo in it and then tell us so we could empty it. Yes there were a couple of accidents, but we just said to him,”Wee (or poo) goes in the potty, only in the potty” and went on. When ever he did go in the potty we would make a big deal of it and give him a little treat (he loves mints but I have heard mini m&m’s work well too). When we got the little potty down, we started working on the big potty and training pants. He loves the fact that he can wear big boy underpants and not diapers any
