Should I start a buisness selling baby bows?
I don’t know what your costs are, but assuming they’re low, I would make a few bows, put them on babies and take awesome pictures, set up a website (somewhere free) for the bow business and order some free business cards (google it) with your web info and if you can, a picture. All of this would just cost you the bows you make for showing them on the site, the time for the site, and maybe shipping for the business cards. To sell on a website you probably need to sign up through Google checkout or yahoo stores. I think Ebay has a low listing fee and an additioal percentage of the sale. I’d also make fliers and post them at the community colleges, universities, maternity and pediatric clinics and community centers. Everything I mentioned should cost you less than your allowance and if the business doesn’t work, you aren’t out for much money.
