Should I Sprint or Run long a distance to make my legs stronger?

If you think the fight is going to be long and wearing out your opponent is the goal then you’re going to want to build your cardiovascular system. This CAN be accomplished by running or a number of other ways. However, in a fight it is important to have strong quadriceps because they are what you rely on to make your bursts. They also have to have endurance because in a fight your knees stay bent and the muscle that keeps you standing and balanced is the quadriceps. I would practice both. Running for the length of the fight and in between running sprinting to mimic yours bursts during a fight.

Stronger, run and sprint up hills, and faster you need to sprint and then run, for long distance run then sprint, for short always sprint.
