Should I save a backup copy of my Verisign ECA Certificate?
You should definitely have a backup copy of your certificate in case your hard drive crashes or your files are deleted. Storing a backup copy will ensure that your certificate is secure and retrievable. If you lose your certificate and have not created a back-up you must contact Verisign ECA Customer Care so that they can revoke your certificate. After your certificate has been revoked, you can re-enroll for a new one.
