Should i rest or exercise today, my body is still sore due to yesterdays workout?
That’s called overtraining. Overtraining actually reduces your results. Rest is equally important in a workout routine. If you don’t rest, you won’t be able to lift/cardio a lot and you’ll get worse. 1 day on 1 day off and rest on sat/sun (or do light jogging). I would workout upper body first and do cardio in between and then work lower body with mild cardio. So first Mon, upper then light cardio.
