Should i refridgerate eggplant after harvesting?
The best thing to do with eggplant is eat it as soon as possible. Throughout the growing season it is good to pick and eat them. If you are stuck with a lot right before the end of the growing season you can either store it in a cool place but not a refrigerator (like a cellar) or maybe try giving it away or selling it. It will not last long in a fridge or in a cellar but it gives you a little more time.
