Should I really use nail polish remover once a week?
Well whenever I paint my nails, I leave it on for at least two weeks. Something that smells that sinister can’t be good for healthy nails. But if you are really going to apply the nail strengthener every single day, then yeah, you need to remove it after a week. Think about it – that’s seven layers of nail polish. And then you’ll continue to put a new coat on every day…it adds up.
