1. If they paid through PayPal the item MUST be insured and a tracking number is required. 2. It is AGAINST the law to charge more for insurance than it costs. It’s always a good idea to get a tracking number and get insurance. It protects you from a scam and if the item is lost in shipping. Check out PayPal rules on their site. Hope that helps.
