A short yard from a local materials company will cost you about $200 if you can unload the driver quickly (usually about 10 minutes to unload. It will be uniform, up to specifications and easy to pour (just point and chute!). I would rather pay the $200 for the short yard rather than $5,000 for back surgery after I mixed 40 bags of quickrete, which will cost you at least $100 + the tools you will need to mix. Your time is worth money too and it will take you forever to mix that many bags by hand.
