Should I mix a wetting agent or detergent product with Consan?
A noteworthy point to remember about Consan is that it is a cationic chemical. Since cationic compounds are only compatible with other cationic or nonionics, we do not advise mixing Consan with other products. This is especially true of iron based micro nutrients (heavily anionic) and some dye marker products. Always avoid applying Consan in very hot weather during the heat of the day to prevent a phytotoxic reaction as with any chemical applied in this manner. If in doubt about applying Consan, try treating a small area for any possible adverse reactions. If phytotoxicity is visible within 24 hours, reduce the concentration rate before continuing applications to large areas.
